The per capita park area is 15.11 m2, which is about the same as in major cities
in advanced-economy countries.
COEX Aquarium
Located in the basement of the COEX Mall of ASEM Tower, the aquarium is the
biggest in Korea and is divided into six thematic exhibition areas :
Inca Empire, Amazonian World, Seven Seas, Ocean Kingdom, Marine Touch,
and Deep Blue Sea. It displays 40,000 marine creatures representing
500 species from all over the world.

Lotte World
Located adjacent to the Lotte Department Store's Jamsil Branch,
this amusement park is divided into Lotte World Adventure,
the world's largest indoor amusement park, and Magic Island, an outdoor theme park.

Seoul Grand Park
Seoul Grand Park accommodates the nation's largest zoo and a botanical
garden in one compound, Seoul Land Amusement Park, and a hiking trail,
campground and the National Museum of Contemporary Art in separate compounds.

Seoul Land
Located in the city of Gwacheon, about an hour's drive from Seoul, Seoul Land
consists of five thematic zones. The amusement park offers 40 fun rides, five
outdoor amphitheaters, greenery, and many visitor amenities.
